Hole Punch - 32mm Reviews

A hole punch for a 32mm hole.
These hole punches are great for making really clean holes that are free of burrs. The holes made with this type of punch are significantly better than a hole made with a carbide drill bit or many other hole saws. These produce clean holes and can be used in mild sheet steel up to 3mm thick or stainless steel up to about 1.5mm thick. If you are looking for a really easy way to make really clean holes this is the best product for the job.
Instructions
STEP 1: To use this type of hole punch you simply use a drill but such as this stepped drill bit to drill a pilot hole.
STEP 2: Place bolt through hole.
STEP 3: Attach die and punch together from punch kit.
STEP 4: Use ring spanner to tighten bolt.
STEP 5: Keep tightening the bolt until you hear the click sound of the punch passing through the steel.
STEP 6: Remove the assembly from the hole and screw the die and punch set apart.
STEP 7: Throw away the slug.
STEP 8: Admire the perfectly clean hole that you have just made in the sheet metal. No further filing or cleaning up of the hole is required.

Does exactly what it is designed to do with no issues whatsoever. I don't know how many holes it will punch before it wears out, but it certainly looks and feels the part, and it has paid for itself already on time saved and a professional result

Bought this for my new kitchen sink. All you need to do is make a 12mm pilot hole using some cobalt drill bits, then put the bolt through and tighten from the top using a strong arm with an 18mm socket on the end. Makes quick work of the hole and is the best price on the market (less than half the price of the next-cheapest option).
