“I was going back and forth between this ring and another. The representative was extremely helpful with helping me make my final decision. He suggested this one due to the other ring I was considering had diamonds further down the sides of the ring. In his experience he noticed woman didn't like how the diamonds rubbed on their pinky and middle fingers. This one does not. Great ring!”
“This was my engagement ring. I was eyeing it for months before we decided to buy it (most expensive thing I've ever owned). It arrived in June. By October, one if the side jewels had fallen out. So I sent it in for repair and that was when the nightmare began. They emailed me that there deep scratches and the middle stone was loose, in addition to the missing stone. I do accounting work so I was surprised by this. They offered to do the replacement complimentary. Then a week later they emailed to say sorry we forgot to tell you there's a huge chunk that broke off your center stone. My husband and I were speechless (at this point, feeling frustrated, confused, and skeptical). I wanted to return the product in whole I was disappointed in the product and service - which was not possible. They told me that the structural integrity of the ring was still sound. However, they refused to send proof of this. I would never purchase anything from the company again. I still want to return the product.”
