“When I saw this ring, I knew it was the one for me. I'm a sucker for leaf and vine motifs, and this ring was perfect. I went with a .4 carat round diamond, which fit the size of the ring very well. I was surprised at how thin the band was, but it is still very strong and sturdy. I don't worry about it bending at all, and it's super comfortable. I ordered the wrong size the first time, but Brilliant Earth does one free resizing, with free shipping both ways. After reading lots of reviews, I got it 1/4 size below my normal size (because the thinness of the band makes it seem larger than it is), and while that works really well when my fingers are their normal size, when they get hot and swell I can't get the ring off. If I were to do it again I'd probably just go with my actual ring size, but most of the time it isn't a problem. I'm extremely happy with this ring!”
“While the ring was very nice and I was pleased with the quality, some circumstances lead to my now ex-fiance calling Brilliant Earth. Without asking for any information to identify her, they provided here with every detail of the transaction. Including price, order date, delivery information including tracking, and the credit card authorization number. The appalling lack of respect for private information has ensured that I will never do business with this company again. The fact that they would give any of this information out is absurd to me, however the depth of information they handed over to someone that was not even involved in the transaction was inexcusable. While the manager of the LA office called and spoke to me and apologized for this, the damage had already been done. So if you plan to do business with Brilliant Earth, beware that they have no policies in place to prevent anyone from getting every detail about your order. I am even concerned about my credit card I used, based off of my experience to date.”
“I had worked with a few members of the Brilliant Earth team, who of which were fabulous to talk too, and I ordered this ring after I found the perfect diamond. The ring fits her finger very well and doesn't sit too tall on her fing. Which is a plus with her physical job. It's a very elegant ring and sure does sparkle in the light. In terms of diamond size, I would recommend something in the .4 to .5 carat range. That fills out the setting well without getting obnoxiously large. If you go too much larger, I think the size of the diamond would start to conflict with the more elegant style of the ring.”
