I had to time it perfectly, as I was proposing to her at Burning Man, and the timing had to be perfect. I wasn't sure on her ring size, but I had a number in my head from MONTHS prior, when we visited a local jeweler and she got her finger sized for "you know, that moment some day" is sort of how I prefaced it. Turns out, the ring was sized perfectly. But as a just-in-case measure, I purchased it and timed it so it would arrive no later than a week before we were leaving - just in case the ring didn't fit, we'd have the 30-day free-resize to fall back on. Plus, in case something happened in transit, there's a week buffer that I could call and say "What's going on??" but honestly, none of that happened. It was very prompt. Almost exactly 2 weeks and a day by the time I got it, just as they said (2 weeks to process, 1 day to ship).
It came with a beautiful box, which if I hadn't had one already I would have used. I had one specifically for our trip, with a light up LED light inside, since I was proposing to her at night in the desert.
Service - impeccable. Quality - brilliant (hence the name, clearly). Cost - while it may feel like you're paying a bit more than other places, shop around. I found that I was paying the same for a better ethical choice. I think that's worth it, don't you?”
