“I was very pleased with the piece I selected. It was produced in a timely manner. When returning to get a re-size the women was particularly unhelpful with sizing recommendation. We were told the size my fiance selected would be 1-2 weeks out, upon following up it was then extended to 2-3 weeks from the call date. Staff did everything they could to return the ring sooner than later. But due to the lack of assistance we were forced to take the piece elsewhere for re-sizing. I felt as though my customer service went out the door as soon as my money was received.”

The Brilliant Earth selection was better than local jewelers for the type of ring she was interested in. The whole process was fun and easy for selecting and comparing different ring and diamond options on the Brilliant Earth website. Overall great experience. The Willow ring is what we settled on, but even that was easy, as she pointed this out as the first ring she was interested in weeks prior to purchasing weeks earlier. She kept coming back to the Willow ring, deep down she knew this was the ring for her. We purchased it early October, and it was delivered roughly two weeks later, slightly ahead of schedule. She is in love with this ring, and I see her staring at it throughout the day. What I wouldn't give to be stared at the way she stares at her new, perfect engagement ring. She is very excited to show it off to her family. It is a simple, yet elegant and graceful ring, just like she is (except she is not a ring). In summary, I liked it, and I put a Brilliant Earth ring on it!”

“Love it but within a week of having it a diamond fell out. I was off work for that week and very very aware of the ring, took it off anytime i did the dishes or even showered out of fear of loosing it. Saw a diamond went missing. Contacted brilliant earth to be told due to covid we had to hold on to it. So I just kept wearing it. We finally returned it and was told it was our fault the diamond went missing and there was a hit damage on the ring. I was like.... i wore it with out the diamond from March till August so there might be some wear, but I lost the small side diamond on the FIRST WEEK. Now I am being charged $250 to replace it and I am just unimpressed and wish I had took it off and just kept it in the box the moment the diamond fell out. What a joke and I am very disappointed and upset over the situation.”
