“So I purchased an engagement ring with this company obviously to purpose I bought the ring a little bit ahead of time roughly 45 days before I had planned to purpose so to make a long story short I was turned down by the woman I thought loved me. I then reached out to Brillant Earth thinking they would help me a littkle bit the ring had never been worn but I was basically told to bad sorry youre over your date by a couple weeks they would NOT let me return it at all. I basically begged them to help me I was willing to take less than I paid bc once you buy the ring you realize its not worth a penny if you try to resell a lab created diamond I was offered $185 for it and I just paid $3200 so not only did they not help me what so ever I feel like I was scammed all the way around. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you are certain there will be no issues bc if you have any issues what so ever this company will n ot help you at all. And they are basically selling you a shady piece of jewelry that has no where near the value they are charging you.”
