“Unfortunately the engagement ring was sized incorrectly. Puts a damper on the big moment. Would recommend taking it to a jeweler or buying a ring sizer or something to verify they made it correctly so you can get it fixed beforehand if needed. At first I thought it was a problem with her finger size and the sizer we used; but I took it to a local shop and it was indeed incorrectly sized. Customer service was not helpful at all on two occasions - one to inquire about delivery status and second to see what we could do about the ring size.”
“The ring is truly exceptional. As a guy with a gal who doesn't drop too many hints about what she wanted, the ring was a home-run in her eyes. It is simple, yet elegant. Its a unique solitaire-setting perfect for someone who loves nature, the environment, or who finds the beauty in simple things.

This particular purchase was a .7 carat, super-ideal cut, F color, internally flawless diamond w/platinum setting. The prismatic effect is incredibly beautiful and perfectly matched the rainbow at Niagara. Some helpful hints for those in the market: For women with smaller hands (4 - 5 size) I'd say you don't really need anything bigger than .75. The reality is this rock looks HUGE on her hands and she likes it. At the end of the day its about your love not the size of a diamond. I know there is a lot of pressure on guys buying rings, but trust me, a 3/4 carat will do the trick! Even if you're going smaller it will still look amazing! This was something that really concerned me when I was buying, but I'm so glad I made the decision I did. Another piece of advance - balance is everything. Don't feel like you need to purchase the "perfect" diamond. Find something balanced that fits your budget. In the end, neither you or her are going to be none-the-wiser anyway. So focus on your love instead and something that would meaningful for her.
I messed up the ring size - 1.5 sizes too big - but as a wise man told me: better for the ring to be too big than too small. Good luck out there and Congratulations!”
