“The overall process was the most convoluted, confusing and frustrating experiences I've ever had, especially for such an important purchase. At no point was anyone from BE on the same page. I was contacting a service rep that I had met in a showroom. We were required to sign and complete multiple documents, which is fine. However, the requests were made multiple times and when calling to ask why the ones I submitted hadn't been received, there was no uniform answer. The product was delayed a month because of miscommunication on paperwork. The responses were delayed by days at a time, and overall it was confusing a frustrating. I have further Documentation of each delay if needed.”
