“Ring is used every day. Comfort-fit setting was chosen, unfortunately is not comfortable at all it seems to thick on the sides and unnecessarily so. However, it is possible that the sizing at the appointment was done wrong (it threatens to slide off the finger and it might be too big despite careful sizing) and this adds to the discomfort. We have had sizing done by professional but unfortunately obviously given wrong advice about the best size. Unfortunately again, due to taking a lot of back.up time for the ring to be delivered before proposal, we now missed the deadline for complimentary re-sizing.”
