“This is a beautiful ring setting, but it is not durable. In less than 2 years it has had to have the prongs re-tightened twice as the diamond was starting to rattle around / move in the setting. This is with a ~2.8ct round stone in it. This is from normal daily use, removing the ring when doing dishes, working out, and sleeping. We eventually ended up taking it to a local jeweler who added a little more material to the top of the prongs, hopefully that fixes it. If you are considering this setting for a 2+ct ring, I'd look at a 6 prong setting or something else completely. BE was OK to work with for repairs, but $125 to fix the first time (not covered by warranty), and you have to live with the ring being gone for a few weeks (as it's by mail only). The second time we had a local jeweler fix it for only $75, and it was done the next day.”
