“I got this band with an oval moissanite stone and I absolutely love the look. The ring felt a little loose so I took it to a jeweler and it measured as 5 3/4 instead of the 5 1/2 that we ordered. I paid to have it resized and now it fits perfectly. I'm just disappointed it wasn't sized correctly to begin with.”

“I loved the style when it arrived, however it has been nothing but a frustrating saga. The first ring arrived and was 4.75 size, despite the paperwork saying it was the correct size (5.5). I returned it and requested it be resized to 5. It arrived a size 5 but with tarnish spots. I returned it to be repaired. The third ring came back a size 5.5 and slight different widths on either side of the diamond. It has been a month and a half of sending it back and forth. I very much regret using an online retailor.”

However, the way people treat you, specifically at the NYC showroom, is far from what one would expect from a company selling such high priced and meaningful products like engagement rings. During the appointments they seem to be in a hurry, it feels as if you are anoying them while you are looking at the different options, it makes you feel pressured to choose, when the time is up they ask in a bad way for you to leave, it feels as if the workers were teaming up against the customer instead of trying to be helpful, the person in the reception is not helpful and seems like he doesnt understand what you are saying, I had to wait one hour for him to be able to submit an exchange, just to input an order into the system. They need a lot of improvement in costumer experience and before they do that, I would be hesitant in recommending them.”
“I got a 1.28 Carat oval setting, F color, VV2 clarity (including the details because that's what I always looked for and found most helpful in reviews). The ring was absolutely beautiful! So sparkly in person! The only issues I had was at first look the band was WAYYYY smaller than I thought. Also I was in between a size 5.5 and 6 but I decided to get a 6.. well we got it measured at the local jeweler because it was pretty big and slides all over my finger. They actually gave us .25 above the size which some might think isn't a huge deal but I already had sized up so it made the ring way to big for my finger. We get a free resize but I might just pay for the resize so that I know it's done correctly and I can just take it to the local jeweler and have it back in two days. I would 100% recommend this ring though!”
“My wife has a wonderful family heirloom for her engagement ring but she doesn't wear it often these days as she is concerned about losing or damaging it. She had been looking for a new diamond ring when she happened upon the Brilliant Earth site and learned about moissanite. The ring she selected is a 2.5 carat stone with the petite comfort setting. The ring is exactly what she was looking for and it looks beautiful and elegant without the worry of wearing a large diamond. The fine band makes it almost look as if the stone is floating and while she can put her wedding band with it, she loves the simplicity of the ring by itself. She also noted that unlike other solitaire settings she has, this one doesn't have stone next to your skin which can trap water. The high setting also allows the stone to capture the light from all directions. She couldn't be happier about the ring!”
