In the end they we're able to provide the actual copy of the certification which is skeptical for me because they can send anyone that copy. Mine most likely is a dup. When I dropped my ring for resizement the person who helped me clearly verified if we wanted it to be delivered on same address, I went to follow up and they set it up for pick up where I dropped off the ring.... so useless”
