I tried to call the customer service and they told me that I am not able to return to get a refund. Even tho it is their false that the ring is poorly made and looks nothing like the photo. the diamond also set shifted. If you look at the photos you will understand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM BRILLIANT EARTH”

Though the website I was able to put it all together. I was able create different rings in terms of selecting: specific diamonds (per my specifications) diamond shapes, bands etc. super easy and very helpful. After all the different options I put together, I narrowed it down and was left with 'the one'. The perfect ring with an almost blinding sparkle. Superb website.”
