They told me that the main stone had been set incorrectly, that the tip was not sitting in the hole drilled for it, leaving a blank hole and a crack on one prong, while the opposite one was crooked. They showed me this under a microscope and I could clearly see the problems. They told me to send it back, but I have lost trust in Brilliant Earth's workmanship so I had my jewelers reset it.”
“Absolutely love this ring and the fact I could pick my own diamond! The only thing I would suggest is the website should do a better job previewing the diamond cut you are purchasing. My diamond is rectangle, not square like the preview. The diamond also made the side bars much thinner than the preview. But overall very happy with the ring and purchase.”
