“My wife had the ring for only a few months before one of the accent diamonds got chipped. After sending the ring back to get fixed, Brilliant Earth found that my wife ""must have chipped it."" How my 100 pound wife was able to chip a diamond within two months of having it is quite the quandary. We ended up having them replace the diamond. Within 6 months, we ran into the exact same situation again. My wife is usually very adamant about taking the ring off when doing anything that could harm it, especially after the first incident. I dont think we're even going to bother asking them to look at it again for repair. It was obviously a manufacturing defect that the company failed to recognize. Had I known Brilliant Earth was going to be this unhelpful with a defected ring, I would've definitely taken my business elswhere.”

“I bought this ring as an engagement ring for my wife. It is STUNNING! Everyone gushes over it! It's classic and elegant, not too big on her finger, but definitely makes a statement! The halo design makes the center stone look a lot larger than it actually is (never a bad thing!). All the diamonds combine to really shine and sparkle, especially in natural lighting. I'm not a fan of the overly dressed up rings and bands with diamonds all over them, so this is a great way to get a multi-stone ring that gives you all the advantages of extra sparkle without looking like a disco ball.
The only word of caution I would give is make sure you get the size right. The ring is a little top heavy and will rotate around easily if you size it too big. But Brilliant Earth offers free re-sizing, so that should not be a problem. Slightly tight is probably better than a little loose for this style of ring.
