“I chose this setting because of the simplicity and how smooth it feels. Sadly when I got engaged, the prongs holding my stone in place were raised and snagged on everything I wore or rubbed against. I would find strands on my sweaters stuck in my ring! I was worried that they would snag so badly the stone would fall out. Sent it back in for repair. The repair specialist never called at the scheduled time, and put down fake conversation notes about what needed to be fixed. Had to go the first few months of being engaged without my new ring! Went back to pick it up, and the prongs were still raised. Sent it back again. Still no one called to ask what actually needed to be fixed. Now two are still slightly raised with a new deep cut on the ring where they likely held it to repair. Won't be sending it back again, nor buying another ring for awhile from here. Love my ring, but a stressful experience in not getting enough communication during the process and feeling like they would ""lose"" the ring during repair.”
