“Within 2 weeks of receiving this ring, I took it to be inspected at my local jeweler and he declined to clean it because the secret halo prongs were not sufficiently holding the accent diamonds in place. I reached out to Brilliant Earth who requested that I ship back the ring (at their expense) for inspection and repair. It took about 3 weeks, which I felt was a long time, but they indicated that they did find loose accent stones and they were reinforcing all prongs in the ring to ensure all diamonds were adequately secured. The ring was returned cleaned but after wearing it for about 10 days I saw that an accent diamond was missing. For a piece of jewelry that I intend to wear for decades to come, I'm disappointed in the quality especially after it was sent back for repair and enhanced prongs because it arrived to me defective initially. I will be taking this to a local jewel and, at my expense, having this fixed because I am not satisfied with the repair from Brilliant Earth.”
