“After researching around quite a bit, I for this engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. There are ton of other websites to buy rings from but what struck me about Brilliant Earth was their customer service and apparent dedication to quality. They helped me every step of the way and were quick to respond to my questions about this setting as well as the loose diamond I chose. I went with a .72ct Super Ideal F VS1 Lab Created diamond because it seemed like a way better value than a naturally mined diamond for the price and for what I was getting. After I made the purchase I was blown away with how much better it even looked in person. It was incredibly sparkly and so beautiful to look at and was definitely burning a hole in my pocket waiting to propose with it. My now finance was in love with it as well and was stunned with how good it looked when I proposed. Only downside was that it was too big so we had to take it to the showroom and have it resized. Which although she didn't want to give up the ring, it was a really pleasant experience with Mary Pat and she helped us through the process very gracefully and diligently.
