However it was difficult to envision the stone with the right setting. The experience turned into a nightmare once an exchange of just the setting was needed. The exchange requirements are not clear and are clearly confusing to both the online and in-store reps too as I was provide with incorrect information and steps. This review went from a 5+ star to a 1 star. Brilliant Earth needs to do better. This isn't just a purchase of a meaningless product, it's the purchase of a special moment and a lifetime memory.”
