“My ring is absolutely STUNNING and I love it so much! We had quite a bit of back and forth regarding whether or not we could adjust the band width to 2mm on the hidden halo setting and were eventually told no, and instead opted for this setting as it was 1.8 mm. The band is very sturdy and I haven't had any issues with fragility. The way they keep the dainty look but still give the support is by having the ring sit tall rather than wide so my ring does touch my other fingers quite a bit and also the metal near my palm gets frequently scratched opening doors. The ring itself is beautiful- just an FYI for the wear and tear of the ring. It's also been super challenging to find a wedding band to fit with without having to get a custom ring as we are not looking to pay equal or more than we did for the engagement ring and brilliant earths wedding band prices are extremely inflated compared to competitors. Super happy with my fiance and the look of the ring, but would've loved better functionality and a less confusing customer service experience. (All customer service reps were very kind just not very knowledgeable and never transferred our call over to the custom design team). A bit of a frustrating experience!”
“Very happy with the purchase. Ring looks beautiful and was delivered promptly. Customer service was also very helpful and responsive. The only thing I wish was made more clear is that the insurance and EPP are only available to US customers, and that this product is not eligible for engraving since the band is less than 2mm. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with my experience”

And well. Yeah. I contacted B.E and asked, and they said the box does not say brilliant earth. Wrong.”
