“Had to get sent back to get realigned was promised multiple times that it would be back on the time that I needed it by they had it for close to a month and on the day it was suppose to be delivered they informed me that the ring had to be completely rebuilt. They tried to say it like they were doing me a favor. I called 3+ times after sending it back just to see how it was going; each time they informed me that it would be done in time and on the second called they moved the delivery date and I asked some further questions. Was assured it still be there and then called the next day and the delivery date changed to one day later now I was starting to get nervous and was told to expect the shipping label tonight or tomorrow. I called the next day because I didn't receive the label and they informed me that the ring had to be completely rebuilt and now the time was well after the time that I needed it for. I got a call from a manager she told me she was sorry etc and that they would compensate me with a surprise gift worth $150 dollars. Very disappointed I feel like the amount of time I spent making sure things were progressing and my Buisness was worth more.”
“The ring looks awesome. My fiancee has relatively small hands (size 4.5 ring) and the narrow band works very well. The stone we went with was a lab grown 0.81 carat, super ideal cut, F color, VS1 clarity and it looks amazing. I inspected it under a microscope to confirm VS1 and was unable to notice any inclusions. The color is noticeably whiter than the accent stones, which may be something to consider if you are choosing this or other rings with multiple stones. Even with a yellow gold band, the accent stones do appear quite yellow in contrast to the F color main stones. The size of the stone was perfect for the 4.5 size finger. A significantly larger stone might look a bit out of place and throw the aspect ratio of stone to band off.”
