“Delivery nightmare with Fedex. I wouldn't order anything that is delivered by them. Everytime I have there are delivery issues. Never delivered when promised, always have to take time off work due to there lies, and delays. That aside, we ordered a ring setting with a hidden halo. It looked perfect in the picture. Unfortunately, the halo is nothing like the picture, almost non existence. Much smaller than shown. Defiantly not worth the extra cost involved. My girl wants to return it. Arg! I cannot recommend Brilliant Earth.”
