“After 20 years of marriage my dear husband celebrated this milestone with me by gifting me with an upgraded bigger engagement ring of my choosing. I usually prefer white diamonds but this canary diamond stunner caught my eye much to my surprise. I also felt a canary diamond was just different to what you usually see in engagement rings and being a fancy grade it's rarer. I also have the perfect white diamond in my first ring so did not want to replace it with another white diamond. I chose Brilliant Earth because I prefer yellow gold especially 18k gold. I also like that I was able to select a really good quality natural stone and a cushion cut. It was fun selecting my setting and going through all the options. I really appreciate the fact that the ring is hand made and made in the USA. Although it is a delicate band this gives you the option to add stackable rings for more bling! The pave white diamonds really add more sparkle. Hopefully soon I can add to this beauty. Buying online may at first seem daunting but I found the photos helpful to determine size and how it may look but was confident because of the GIA certificate, the appraisal for insurance purposes and good return policy. There was a lot of other information provided in detail to make my selection an informed one. I am very pleased with my canary diamond and was able to find the same quality and grading comparable to my first diamond ring which I still have and will always treasure. However my style has changed and I really love my halo setting. I think the yellow gold really shows off this canary diamond beautifully. It's like having a drop of sunshine on my hand whenever I wear it. The center stone has a beautiful fire and sparkles almost every color of the rainbow. I also appreciate the complimentary pretty sterling silver stud earrings that were sent to me with my ring.
