“Purchased the ring 2.5 years ago. Recently my wife was putting her hair up and the top portion broke off of the base. Sent into BE to be fixed and they gave us 2 options, solder (gross) or remake entire ring. BE told us we'd receive metal credit, a whopping $275 for the 18k gold ring leaving us with $1300 bill to have the same ring made. What a joke. Will be having them send me back my broken ring and won't be back for business. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.”
