I love my engagement ring and can't stop staring at it! I had it resized and Brilliant Earth did an excellent job with that as well. I would definitely buy from them again.

This is the worst consumer experience of our lives! I'm at a loss for words and I don't know if this review will even capture all the ways brilliant earth has betrayed us as customers. After five months of wear, a prong broke off. We took the ring to a trusted local jeweler (who was horrified) and who pointed out that there was another weak prong ready to break. He also let us know that the diamond was in danger of falling out at any moment, and that he could get it out with his hands if he tried. When we called brilliant earth about this, not only did they suggest this was our fault, but that it would come with a fee to repair. When we sent the ring back to brilliant earth, we included some conditions. 1- We notified them of the other weak prong and indicated we wanted the entire setting replaced since our local jeweler explained that was the only way to ensure the structural integrity, 2- we needed it sized to a size 5.25, and 3- we needed this all to come at no charge to us. They held up our repair on multiple occasions attempting to nickel and dime us ($200.+), even though they initially agreed this would come at no charge to us. What they promised to be a 2-3 week turnaround time became 5.5 weeks. Worst of all, when we finally got the ring back, another prong broke off a month later. This is certainly the weakened prong we alerted them to. so they didn't replace the ring base (though they attempted to make it look like it by polishing any scratches that were on it). We called back, and after many days of waiting for a manager to get in contact with us, Heather finally reached out. We explained that our wedding was 50 days away and so we could not send it back to them for them to keep for another 5.5 weeks. Instead, we sent pictures to show our proof and offered to send back the damaged setting while our local jeweler hopped on making us a new setting in time for the wedding. Well, after some back and forth, Heather has stopped responding to us.
