“The ring is beautiful, but it has some important problems. First, it doesn't mate well with the matching wedding band. Because the diamond is a twist, the wedding band has to match, but it also has to ""scoop out"" because it can't fit under the main diamond. But, it doesn't match the shape of the main diamond very well, so you end up with a somewhat large gap between the engagement ring and the wedding band. Online the rings look great together, but ours looks pretty bad. Maybe they just did a bad job with ours. Second, and I don't know if this is just a manufacturing defect, but one of the small accent diamonds on the bottom has fallen out twice. We sent it in for repair and got it back about two weeks ago. The same diamond has already fallen out again and our wedding is in 2 weeks. So, now we need to contact BE again and have the ring sent out for another 3 weeks.”
