“This ring is extremely gorgeous. I love the luxe version, the way it almost looks like an eternity band, but you don't have to worry as much about diamonds on the palm/bottom side getting bumped or loosened.
The main complaint, however, is that the picture on the website is deceptive. I previewed a 2 carat oval stone, and the band looked bigger than it does in person (mine is a 1.9 carat oval for perspective in the pictures, so in theory, my BAND should look a little, teeny bit bigger compared to the stone than the website's picture).
I understand this is a trivial thing to complain about, but when you or your fiance are spending thousands of dollars, you'd like to get what you're expecting. I've enjoyed the ring for the last several months, but when we came back to the website to look at the matching wedding band, we were both a little frustrated by how much bigger the band looks online. He was angry he spent the money he did when he saw the difference. (The pictures I'm providing don't even show the difference as fully as it does in person.) Because of this, we're getting our wedding bands elsewhere.
I had no part of the customer service, but he said it was a pain to deal with when buying the ring. So, just be cautious that the ring might not be quite as big as it looks.”
