“Beautiful - couldn't imagine a more perfect engagement ring! It is one of the wider bands offered by Brilliant Earth (about 2mm), which is one of our main reasons for choosing this setting. I get lots and lots of compliments - and no one can tell the diamond is lab grown (2.01 ct, G, SI1). I recommend going in to one of their locations if possible and seeing the settings and diamonds in person - it saved us a lot of money that we would've spent avoiding tiny inclusions that are not visible to the naked eye at all, and the sales people were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Overall, very positive experience.”
“Since ordering our ring, we have had to have the ring sent in to be entirely remade, have then had to send it back in because the specified size was wrong after it was remade. Most recently we dropped off the ring to be repaired as one of the side stones was coming loose. We dropped the ring off on 5/19 and I was just now contacted today 6/5, letting me know that they are going to charge us 120$ to repair the ring and that we ""SHOULD"" get it back before our wedding on 7/16. Since ordering the ring less than a year ago, 7/26/19, we have had it in our possession about 6 total months; the rest of the time it has been in the care of Brilliant Earth, being remade, resized due to their error, and now repaired. Their turn around time to do anything is minimally a month. That's minimum, but it's usually 6 weeks or more. I can't express how frustrating it is to pay a good amount of money for a beautiful ring and to never have it because Brilliant Earth lacks any kind of efficient process to take care of their product.”
