“Nice product. When I buy a few thousand dollar ring I expect tracking to work. For the 3 weeks of production my order continued to say pending. When I contacted customer service they said my ring was on track to be delivered, and it was a known problem. Reviews from 6 months ago said the same thing!”
“After I proposed to my fiance, she saw one of the stones on the side was missing. Talked to CS and they provided me instructions to send it back to fix it. Great. They took care of it at no cost and shipped it back. A few days later, another stone on the side was missing again. Really frustrating”
