“Just got engaged with this beautiful ring until I realized it was missing a Diamond along the edge, I had it on for less than 24 hours when I noticed. When looking back at the pictures my fiance took still in the packaging before proposing the Diamond is visibly missing then as well. I am currently in the process of sending my ring back to be inspected. So upsetting to not be able to wear it and enjoy this special time newly engaged. Everything else about this ring is beautiful and I'm hoping this can be corrected as quickly as possible so I can have my ring back on my finger, we were told 6 week turn around time, customer service had been great to deal with we are just nervous about the outcome as it was visibly a manufacturing defect of some capacity.
