“I purchased this ring for my wife on the occasion of our vow renewal and initially, we were both struck by its beauty. However, our excitement has been tempered by durability issues. Despite careful handling and routine removal during physical activities, the band broke within a year of purchase. The customer service team was responsive and acknowledged a flaw in the ring by repairing it at no cost, which was a relief at the time. Regrettably, the same issue reoccurred a year later at the exact same spot on the band. This repetitive problem is quite disappointing given the investment we made in what we believed was a high-quality piece. While we love the design and aesthetic of the ring, the recurring breaks have marred our overall satisfaction. I hope the company can address this issue, as it detracts significantly from the value and enjoyment of an otherwise wonderful ring.”

“Ordered the Glace ring with a 7mm sapphire stone in may, had a virtual appointment and made sure which sapphire stone they have in stock. Was told that the ring is gonna be delivered in June, but they just canceled our order with no explanation. Then we had another one appointment and made an order again, to deliver it in august, which of course didn't happen again. The problem was ""inventory issue"" as they told. Wouldn't recommend.”
“I am beyond frustrated with this ring. I've been engaged for a year and within that year, it's broken three times, always in the same place. The second time we got it repaired, we were assured that the crafters spent extra time reinforcing the band and prongs to make sure it would hold, but no! This time it snapped fully in half! I'm actually shaking because I'm so mad right now. I'm not even rough on my ring. I wear it sometimes on the weekend and occasionally in the evenings after work. I don't even go to bed with it. The design of this ring looks pretty but that's it. Do not get this ring unless you want it to live in your jewelry box or in a display case.”
