“Purchased a ring and decided I wanted something bigger. They have a 30 day return policy in which I adhered to. I put my request in a couple days before the 30-day mark. After receiving a shipping label that says it expires the very next day, I questioned if I can still return it. I wasn't able to get to it before the date on the label, however that did not matter because I called the rep and she said I can still return it even though it had been after 5 days. I returned the ring and receive an email saying they received the return / days later. I get a call the next day and I am told my return cannot be accepted because it is after 30 days. My return request was put in before the 30th day. A service rep said I have 30 days from the date of the request until the shipping label expires. Very bad company with poor communication skills. Woman hung up on me after I told her that another rep gave me permission to still return it. And all she gives me is ""I'm sorry"". I'm sorry doesn't help a few thousand dollar obligation.”
