“I love my custom ring. I was able to select the diamond I wanted and the perfect mounting for the Gypsy style ring I was looking for. The mounting is 18k which is imprtant to me and was custom made for the oval, step cut diamond. Customer service was easy to work with and very polite. My only issue is that the hard copy GIA Certification (porfolio version from GIA) was not available. The digital/downloadable version is just not the same. I would have paid an additional fee for it. GIA does not issue them after the fact. Unfortunately, this might affect my decision for future purchases.”
