“Everything about the ring and dealing with Brilliant Earth was great; however, within 3 weeks of wear a small diamond fell out if its setting. The ring has been taken off during any activity that could potentially damage the ring (washing dishes, gardening, etc,.). This could have been a ""one-off"" incident, regardless, it leaves a bit to be desired regarding the quality of Brilliant Earth rings.”
