“I purchased a twisted sapphire and diamond ring in May 2022. The ring was kept in the box, untouched for weeks until i proposed to my girlfriend on 6/1. On 6/3, we noticed that at least one of the band stones had fallen out. I paid over 3k for the ring and after only a few days of normal use, stone(s) are already falling out of the ring. We are both highly disappointed in the quality of the product.”

“Ordering was pretty strait forward but delivery was terrible. This was a Xmas surprise that I had ordered well in advance but they were not able to deliver. I was supposed to get the ring, band, and some gift ear rings. They shipped the band first which I received only a day behind schedule. The ring I didn't receive. It was supposed to be signed for in person but it was not. Then they told me I have to talk with the shipper to try to find where its at. I also didn't receive the ear rings. Never buying from here again.”

The pear shaped Diamond is of great quality w/ very little color. PERFECT! The Cons: The 18K yellow gold is very soft & damages too easy for the price tag. Definitely recommend having jewelry insurance as soon as it's in your possession, you'll need it. My Baeance is a petite woman, her career does not consist of tediousness. She works from home sitting at a laptop for 10 hrs per day. At most she squares away household stuff i.e. dishes, laundry, whatnot yet she's lost & replaced 2 diamonds on the band so far. We've had the ring less than 2 months literally. Otherwise it's beautiful & a conversation piece for sure.”
