“I love this setting, the simplicity of it while still allowing light to get to the stone for that sparkle. However, Having purchased from BE in 2015, the quality of the overall customer experience has dramatically declined. This should be a positive and exciting experience, but instead I've just been disappointed. Despite the website saying that you will receive your purchase on or before your estimated delivery date, mine came and went with no notification. Finally I received an update that there was a delay. On the day that I should have received tracking info, I received none. I emailed, no response. I called and was given a non-committal answer on the timeline. If it was going to take longer, that's fine but communication is key. Give your customer the correct date, respond to inquiries. These are business basics.”

“My fiance loves the ring and very quickly feels like she's always had it. I did a lot of research...She originally wanted something more ornate with a leaf motif (which I also really like) but she also expressed interest in the bezel set. I pushed this setting because it seemed less likely to get old after a while. Ultimately, this ring is both timeless but also has a vaguely hip millennial vibe--a lot of interesting stones at craft shows have bezel sets like this these days. The way it stacks with bands is so, so cool. Put anything next to it: it will work. We're having a lot of fun mixing metals for the band actually--we have yellow gold and it looks so cool with textured silver bands. As a pragmatic kind of guy, I like that you can throw anything at this ring and it never clashes: dressing up, dressing down, throwing a third ring on the same finger, etc. It's like an expensive and well tailored pair of jeans.
No one in this world should be concerned about the height. I was kind of shaking in my boots about the height in some of the pictures but it's a non-issue. All rings are tall and the bezel set on this ring just makes that all the more manageable. Run your fingers through your hair, cram your hands in your purse or pocket, nothing is snagging or getting caught in this sucker. Try to pry the diamond out, seriously--it's going no where. And so beautiful.
Also, ALSO, the .89 carat diamond I got for this looks HUGE and I love that I got to use a lab diamond that's both somewhat cheaper and not from nefarious sources. Major kudos for Brilliant Earth for having such an awesome inventory of diamonds that don't have a horrible stories on the other end of the supply chain.”
“I purchased the Luna with an Asscher center stone as I right hand ring. I wanted something that was a little bit different but still clean and simple. The bezel really made the diamond look way bigger and of course, I loved that. I like how the bezel framed the cut corners of the asscher as well. The band was not too thick or too thing and just sparkles soooo much! I always get tons of compliments on it.”
