“First, I received a call that the diamond I picked was no longer available. She said they have the exact diamond ratings but .02 carats bigger. .85 to .87. I said sure. Nothing was said about me having to pay more. So I get an email the next day billing me for $10 and to hurry and pay so it won't affect my delivery date. I unhappily paid it. They did get the ring to me on the promised day. However, when I opened the box I was disappointed. The sapphires on each side of the diamond are way smaller than the picture showed. See attached pictures. An easily recognizable difference. Maybe it's where they are placed on the ring. The diamond is beautiful. The rose gold looks nice. My fiance is happy with the ring. So that's my experience with them buying an engagement ring. I'm retired AF veteran with strong integrity.”
