“The only con I have does not concern the ring itself. The ring is fantastic and my wife loved it. She also enjoyed that the ring was ethical and it supported a good cause. My only critique is that the gold was 18k. I wanted a similar quality ring in 14k, as my wife is a nurse and her job gives her ring a beating (constantly in water, lots of contact with liquid, etc.).”

“I actually came across an advertisement for BE while visiting another website. I had been looking for a plain gold band to wear alone for "everyday" activities on the weekend, when I didn't want to risk damaging my original bridal set. I was intrigued by the fact that they used non-conflict diamonds and repurposed precious metals, so I clicked - and I am soooo glad that I did! I simply love my new 2mm 18K white gold band!! It fits perfectly with my e-ring, although not a set, and when worn with my diamond wedding band it makes quite a stunning pair. “Engagement ring. Salesman was very nice. Basic information about source materials for this ring was available from the rep, but not much information for the particularly curious. The ring was absolutely stunning at first. i got a low carat white gold to keep it from getting scratched. However within a month it was badly in need of re-polishing although my fiancee is careful with it.”
“This ring in lovely on its own and matched the slender band on my great-grandmother's engagement ring perfectly. It has stood up well to the rigors of healthcare hand scrubbing. Just FYI if you abuse it as I have it will develop a satin finish from many minute scratches (as will almost all platinum), but if you were so inclined a local jeweler could easily buff them out. A superb purchase all around.”
