I got married a few years back and picked out this ring. I really wanted an 8mm Platinum standard comfort fit wedding band to accompany the 4 generation platinum wedding rings I was giving my bride to be.
The highest width this company had was 7mm which was >$1000 cheaper than my local jeweler quoted so I picked this one. I was nervous buying a recycled piece of jewelry online- not going to lie.
It was shipped quick- customer service was great, packaging was nice, it came in a quality wooden box so overall the unboxing was exciting.
The metal is genuine, the fit is great and I am happy with my purchase. The metal is heavy for its size and it's durable, does not dent or bend. I wear this everyday whether I'm feeling fancy or doing yard work and it's taken a beating over the years and looks the same as it did a month after I put it on.
One thing about platinum, it does dull after wear. you'll see all the scratches however it still has shine and luster just a little muted. I'm sure you can buff it up, but I haven't.
I wish they came in 8mm as my hands are long and I was used to wearing larger rings before. If you've tried on an 8mm width and love it, just stick with the larger ring. If you're happy with a 7 or smaller, this is the ring to get.”
