“We got married on 6/26/2021. After wearing the ring for 2 weeks, it looks like a 10-year old ring. My husband is a software engineer and works from home; just to say that he's not the most active person so nothing explains the wear and tear on the ring after wearing it for a couple weeks. I contacted customer service to exchange it for a platinum ring. I already sent the ring back. Hoping for a favorable resolution. They should add in the description that 18k white gold scratches VERY EASILY so the buyer is aware. Or the quality of the ring I got has a defect. Not too sure at this point.”
