“When I received the ring, the chevron was crooked. As in, the top of the ""V"" and the bottom were not aligned. I sent it in for a repair where they insisted that there was nothing wrong with it. I asked to get a refund for the product instead and they just mailed it back to me... Truly disappointed.”
“Finding a simple contoured gold band for a wedding ring was a more difficult task than I imagined. I had looked at every other big name jewelry stores, and nothing was quite right. I could special order a ring at those stores, but the cost would have been exorbitant and the wait far too long. The day I walked into the Brilliant Earth store in Seattle and saw their collection, I found what I had been looking for! The process to order was easy, and even when the ring first arrived not quite shaped correctly, they immediately took action and sent it back for re-shaping. It took no more than 2 weeks from original ordering to it arriving in the store for me to pick up, and then approximately another 2 weeks for the re-shaping. Timelines that would have been impossible at any of the other jewelry stores (Shane Co, Bainbridge, Jared, etc.).
For full disclosure, the problem with the shape was that the edges were more squared than the ring I had tried on in the store (and how it looks online), which made it look much bulkier and didn't fit the style of my engagement ring. The sales associate who was helping me with the pick up was the one who realized what wasn't quite right when I pointed out something was off, she validated my concerns, and immediately took notes as to what needed to be changed. They sent it off immediately, I spoke to someone over the phone just a few days later about the changes that were going to be made, and I got the ring maybe a week or so later, delivered to my home. And it was perfect! Customer service has been spectacular through the whole process!”
“I got this for my wedding band. Absolutely love how well it goes with my round 2 carat engagement ring.
I was concerned about it having a gap but it fits fairly well with the engagement ring. When I tired with a straight band, it didn't look as good and had a big gap.
Also, it looks really nice on it's own too!”
