“I purchased a similar ring (the Rainier, which has been apparently discontinued). The ring I purchased was too large, so I went into the Bethesda store to determine which size might be a better fit. In the store, I was assured that if I needed another resize after the complementary resize, I could purchase one for about $150. Unfortunately I did need a second resize, but the support said that they would not be able to resize the ring and could only offer me $700 (less than half the purchase price!) of value for the metal of my ring towards the purchase of a new one. BUYER BEWARE! They will not resize these rings, and they will leave you high and dry after the complementary resizing.”
