“We received excellent service, and the ring was lovely at first. Unfortunately, the ring began getting scratched up immediately upon my husband wearing it. His job was driving a town car at the time, so he wasn't putting any extraordinary wear on it. I was going to request a new ring for him, but we are into farming now, so the ring would definitely just get banged up again. I was told palladium would be the most durable, so it's performance is disappointing.”
