“Bought this wedding ring for my husband, and I couldn't be more disappointed. The ring was too tight, despite being sized in person by one of their specialists at the showroom. He wore it for a day or so, then returned it. Or tried to. Despite being within their ""30 day return"" policy, it took over a week before I received a return label, then was told the ring was too scratched to qualify for a return. So, clearly, this ring scratches very easily, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I expected better quality of both product and customer service.”
