“Showroom employee sized me incorrectly, way off, so I had to go in for a resizing. 100% BE at fault. Went and got resized. 2nd time was also small. Their sizing rings DO NOT match the finished product. Asked to get resized again and they said I'd have to pay $800 for another ring. GO ELSEWHERE!!”
“We bought the ring for our wedding with only 4 weeks remaining until the special day. Brilliant Earth and their customer service were able to delivery the ring on time, with even time for modifications available. The quality of the work is excellent and the service was amazing. As we are still in COVID time, their showroom cleanness was impeccable. The appointment procedure made the whole process smooth! The only negative is that that they don't do 1/4 sizes for the men rings, so it is a bit loose and there is no way to address the issue.”
