“The ring is very flat on the sides. It would be great for stacking but it's too tall. It sticks oddly up above my engagement ring. Unfortunately I realized this after the 30 day return window. I had expected brilliant earth to be more accommodating especially given the fact that I paid an over marked price for a good cause. I would gladly have taken a store credit plus restocking fee etc. instead they offered a ""metal credit"" which the person said wasn't worth it. So craigslist here I come! Also when I received my email that the order was ready for pickup, I went online requested a time. Then somebody called me and was like you requested an appointment what was it for? Uh to pick up my ring which I put in the notes and you have the order for...then I arrived promptly at my appointment rang the door and stood in the hallway for 10 minutes.”
