“There was a problem with shipping even though my address was correct and I have ordered before to the same address. The item was returned to the sender by FEDEX. I finally got an email 2 weeks later about my order. I still wanted the item and asked if they could overnight it, which they stated was standard on orders, which is clearly a lie. It's been 2 days and no shipping email or tracking number. Customer service and responsiveness is lacking. I had high hopes as a new customer.”
