“We visited the SF office of brilliant earth to purchase our wedding rings. We had to deal with customer service because the shipping address is incorrect. But the back and forth conversation made the entire experience as annoyed as it could be. We would not recommend any of our friends to buy rings here. Ever since we found out the shipping address was wrong, we contacted customer service at Brilliant Earth. They appeared to be accommodating to work on the package's reroute, except that they DID NOT actually do it. These steps of communication happened every day for the following week - 1. We called Brilliant Earth to check the status of the order. The representative said that they were working on rerouting. He or she promised to call me back by the end of the day to give me an update. 2. We called FedEx only to know that they still waited for the sender's permission, which is from Brilliant Earth, to reroute the package. 3. We waited till the end of the day, but there was no follow-up call. It lasted for a week, and eventually, we picked up the package by ourselves in a FedEx facility. I don't believe it needs rocket science to reroute a package. It just shows how incompetent these representatives are. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.”
