“It took two months for delivery of the ring. I ordered a ring mid Jul based on the idea it could be engraved. It took a month for delivery. After that the team of brilliant earth took another 2 months for the replacement ring after it arrive, it came out without the engraved requested for the second time. It went back for engraving for another 3 weeks. I asked for a discount for this extended period they said it not within our policy. The ring is beautiful but 3 months and half for delivery is ridiculous. If this was a wedding ring I wouldn't trust brilliant earth for delivery within a reasonable timeframe.”
