After a painful exchange with customer service, we were able to send back the ring and they finally processed our order. We just received the ""correct"" ring...it's yellow gold, but 1/6ct. That's a $460 difference. Our wedding is in 12 days. I understand COVID related delays due to shortages, but this is ridiculous. We are never ordering from here again.”
